UNSIGNED ::: Annie Lovell

I first saw Annie Lovell perform in North West London back earlier this year, it was a showcase of artists. I absolutely love showcases because in spite of any preference of genre you always get a great mix, and this was no exception.

Initially nothing really stood out, then there was Annie Lovell.

An artist clearly inspired by the likes of Imogen Heap, her sound emulates the talent of artists such as Kate Bush and Kate Voegele. As I’ve mentioned before, I think everybody can appreciate when an artist performs live and draws you into their world, it’s something magical. Annie Lovell is that magician, silencing the crowd and immersing you in her talent, simply a thing of beauty.

This hard work has brought her together recently with the Cavalieri String Quartet in which she performed at The 100 Club in London, in what made a fabulously wholesome sound that captivated the audience in true Annie Lovell fashion.

Lovell recently spent the summer on a tour of LA, which she thoroughly enjoyed and recently appeared on David Durant’s Under The Radar show on Brooklands Radio. She’s currently writing new material and looking forward to working with a range of collaborating artists.

Soon performing at The 100 Club on 28th September, Annie Lovell is ready to be the new emerging artist on everybodies lips.
