After meeting Jamie Martyr this weekend past and hearing her play live I absolutely had to check her stuff out online.

The talented singer / songwriter made a real impression thoroughly entertaining the crowd and seemingly effortlessly showing a beautiful range and high standard of vocal work.

Since returning to London in 2011, she’s played at reputable venues such as Ronnie Scott’s, Troubadour and Proud Camden. It’s not surprising things are going well for Jamie Martyr it’s clear that she pours her heart and soul into every song, every performance. She elegantly glides from genre to genre and continues on her journey with a 7 Track EP released at the start of the year.

Needless to say talent like this doesn’t go unnoticed for long, Jamie plays The Acoustic Night at The Good Ship, Kilburn on 7th October for Free!
