The Script’s Danny O’Donoghue has collaborated with fellow ‘The Voice’ judge, Will.i.am in their latest single ‘Hall of Fame’.
This song, although not yet released until September 2, has been getting a great amount of viral attention as the views continue to go up. It is no surprise however, when this talented collaboration throw motivational lyrics at you, such as ‘You could get the gold’ and ‘Be a champion. All of which seem quite fitting when the world is still in awe over the 2012 Olympics and soon to be Paralympics.
‘Hall of Fame’ may not be the official Olympic anthem or have any connection to the games but it’s still encouraging the right message for everyone.
The production process of this song has really been thought out carefully to ensure both The Script fans and Will.i.am’s fan base will enjoy it by mixing together both pop and r n b beats to create this thoroughly catchy tune.
The familiarity of The Script’s music is still within the song, more recognisable at the start with vocals and piano and then going into more typical will.i.am vibes with an edgy beat with all of that thrown together for an uplifting chorus, making it a definite sing along, into a hairbrush kind of song.
With music in this day and age, artists sometimes seem to lack in sending a strong message to their audiences. So it’s nice to see this fresh morality from such famous artists who will certainly inspire others in the music world to pass on this optimism to their fans.
‘Hall of Fame’ will feature first on The Script’s latest album, ‘#3’ which is can be pre-ordered now.
