WE LOVE ::: The Original Rudeboys ‘Written Songs’ (Feeling Good)

If there’s one thing I love more than boys playing guitars and singing, it’s Irish boys playing guitars and singing. Combining soulful voice twinged with hip hop with an indie beat, The Original Rudeboys aren’t afraid to mix it up a little bit.

Personally, their blend of acoustic guitar and ukulele is just what we need to be smashing up our speakers in this day and age. We need people to take a chance…because if the result is anything like ‘Written Songs (Feeling Good)’, the fear of doing something different is so worth it. The Original Rudeboys are onto a winner with their fresh sound and unique take on the music industry.

Having played at Oxygen Festival not so long ago, I think these boys are definitely going to be making their mark on the ministry industry VERY soon. The video is relatable, the boys are all really good looking and the song is super catchy; it’s guaranteed to be a favourite with a multitude of people

What I specifically love about the video is how casual it is. Don’t get me wrong, it’s obvious that a lot of hard work has gone into it but The Original Rudeboys prove, in 3 minutes, that nobody actually needs any of the fancy special effects so many artists seem to include within their music videos these days, as long as your vocals are strong enough.  And there’s no doubt about that fact – these boys can massively hold their own.

I’m so excited to see how The Original Rudeboys progress, I have no doubt that they’ll be tearing up the charts within time. Now go watch, you’ll regret it otherwise (you’ll find yourself humming the tune for days though…don’t say I didn’t warn you).
